If you cancel, miss or reschedule your appointment, without giving a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice (Monday-Thursday) prior to the start of the appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee to the total of your consultation fee.  This fee will need to be settled before any other appointment can be made.
