Ksenia is calm, compassionate, and thoughtful. She takes the time to truly understand each client’s experiences, creating a space where they feel supported and at ease.
Ksenia is a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar with experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), taking a Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)- and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)-informed approach to her work.
She works with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, and interpersonal difficulties.
She holds a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Canberra, where she also completed her Bachelor and Honours degrees in Psychology. She has prior experience at the University of Canberra Health Clinic, the Eating Disorders Clinical Hub, and ORS Group.
She understands that life can feel overwhelming at times and aims to create a space where clients feel genuinely understood. She takes a warm, caring, and balanced approach, working collaboratively with clients to make sense of what they’re going through and support meaningful change that feels practical and achievable.
